Our new luxury 3-bedroom condominium collection appointed with best-in-class countertops, flooring, cabinets, audio/visual, lighting, appliances, designer fabrics, and amenities. Signature condo reservations include daily housekeeping and complimentary pre-arrival and onsite concierge services for stocking groceries and supplies or booking reservations for dining or adventure.

Guests of the Residences at Horseshoe Bay Resort Aviator enjoy access to a private pool for condominium owners and guests only, as well as the heated pool at the resort Tower designed for families to enjoy swimming, a splash pad, or hot tub, along with private cabanas and a poolside bar. For a quiet escape, the adult-only outdoor pool and hot tub at the Paseo Fitness Center offers an oasis.

All guests of The Residences also enjoy access to three Robert Trent Jones, Sr. signature courses (Slick Rock, Apple Rock, and Ram Rock), unlimited use of the Slick Rock and Cap Rock driving ranges, access to the Whitewater Putting Course, Racquet Club (Tennis & Pickleball), Bayside Spa, Paseo Fitness Center, Marina, Jungle Kids Club, and seven resort restaurants featuring indoor and outdoor dining.

Through September 3, 2024, all guests of The Residences have access to the member-exclusive outdoor beach, pool, and hot tub at the Yacht Club. After September 3, 2024, Yacht Club access will be limited to guests in the new luxury Signature Residences condominiums.
